Please call one of our team on 01383 418610 during office hours to return a product. Please ensure the original paperwork is returned with your product. If ESC is to arrange the collection, we will advise you of any extra costs before the return is made. Once the goods are securely back in our warehouse and have been checked, we will issue a refund, credit note or send a new product to you, whichever is your requirement. If a refund is required we will call you for your credit or debit card details. The card used for the original transaction will be required for the refund. We regret we cannot refund by another method.
Dispatch Days - Our warehouse dispatch days for delivery are Monday - Thursday. You are able to collect your order from ESC HQ on a Friday between 0930-1230.
Delivery Timescale - We try to despatch on the day of order but in busy periods despatch may take up to 48 hours. If you have a deadline please let us know before you order online.
AM, Pre 10am and Saturday delivery are available for a premium.
Carriage is charged at £10.00 for orders below £100 net and is FREE on orders valued £100 and over, net. We may send larger volume orders by pallet despatch. Our haulier can deliver with a tail lift and can remove the pallet after delivery if requested for a small charge. This is pre-arranged by ESC Packaging.
Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, some AB and IV postcodes may be affected by a longer delivery schedule. Contact the office for specific details.

Duplex Checked Paper Sheets Duplex sheets with a choice of coloured checked design. Foodgrade 50gsm white kraft paper with a 6 micron HDPE backer sheet. Great for both raw and cooked meat, cheese and filled sandwiches. NB The sheet should not be weighed over the scales as it is more than 5g in weight so outwith Weights and Measures guidelines for packaging. Sheet size : 250x375mm (10"x15") Available in Blue, Red, Green, Yellow
