Delivery Timescale – We try to despatch on the day of order but in busy periods despatch may take up to 48 hours. If you have a deadline please let us know before you order online.
AM, Pre 10 am and Saturday delivery is available for a premium.
Carriage is charged at £10.00 for orders below £100 net and is FREE on orders valued over £100 net. We may send larger volume orders by pallet despatch. Our haulier can deliver with a tail lift and can remove the pallet after delivery if requested for a small charge. This is pre-arranged by ESC Packaging.
Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, some AB and IV postcodes may be affected by a longer delivery schedule. Contact the office for specific details.
Please read our terms and conditions for full details of our returns policy. We do accept returns providing they are received back into our warehouses in a perfect condition suitable for resale. A 10% returns restocking fee may apply for orders where re-boxing is necessary. Returns should be made within 3 months of the sale date although if the product is an ongoing stock item we usually agree to the return of any re-saleable product. The return of faulty products should be made within 6 months of delivery.
In the event that ESC Packaging has despatched an incorrect or faulty product to you, the expense of collection and resending the correct product will be fully met by us.
In the event that you have ordered the wrong product or have not taken advantage of our free sample service before ordering online, we regret that the cost of returning the product must be met by you. This must be by a secure method such as Signed For Royal Mail or a parcel courier requiring a signature. We can organise collection using one of our couriers with payment being met by you. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will credit or refund or re-issue another product, whichever is most suitable to you, with all additional carriage being met by you for the resending of a new product.
How to return a stock product.
Please call one of our team on 01383 418610 during office hours to return a product. Please ensure the original paperwork is returned with your product. If ESC is to arrange the collection, we will advise you of any extra costs before the return is made. Once the goods are securely back in our warehouse and have been checked, we will issue a refund, credit note, or send a new product to you, whichever is your requirement. If a refund is required we will call you for your credit or debit card details. The card used for the original transaction will be required for the refund.
